Legal
Terms of Service
Effective July 28, 2026
These Terms govern your use of Pacer(s), a service operated by Eldorado Labs Limited Company. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. Provide accurate information, use your own identity, protect your credentials, and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
2. What Pacer(s) provides
Pacer(s) helps adult endurance athletes discover training partners, publish and join workouts, coordinate messages, record race goals, and use community safety tools. Pacer(s) is a coordination platform; we do not supervise workouts, verify every user statement, provide emergency services, or guarantee that a person, event, route, or location is safe or suitable.
Training carries risk. Use your own judgment, account for weather, traffic, terrain, fitness, equipment, and local rules, and seek qualified medical advice before beginning or changing an exercise program.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use Pacer(s) to:
- Harass, threaten, exploit, impersonate, discriminate against, or endanger another person.
- Post sexual exploitation, hate, violent threats, encouragement of self-harm, scams, spam, or unlawful content.
- Expose another person’s private information or precise location without permission.
- Provide intentionally dangerous meetup instructions, deceptive health claims, or misleading event details.
- Probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, or bypass security or access controls.
- Use automated collection, fake accounts, or the service for unauthorized commercial solicitation.
The in-app Community Guidelines form part of these Terms.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Eldorado Labs a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and provide Pacer(s). This license ends when content is deleted except for backups, legal obligations, safety records, and content that must remain available to other participants, where permitted by law.
You are responsible for your content and must have the rights needed to submit it.
5. Other users, workouts, and meetups
Interactions and in-person activities are between users. Review profiles and workout details, meet in appropriate public places, tell someone your plans, follow applicable laws, and leave any situation that feels unsafe. Reporting and blocking tools help us respond to concerns but do not replace emergency services.
6. Moderation and account action
We may review reports, restrict content, limit features, suspend accounts, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, comply with law, or secure the service. We may preserve limited records related to safety, enforcement, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.
7. Third-party services
Pacer(s) relies on third-party infrastructure and may link to third-party websites, event registrations, maps, or services. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of those services. We are not responsible for third-party content or availability.
8. Service changes and availability
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, delivery of every notification, preservation of every draft, or availability in every location.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pacer(s) is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or safety. Eldorado Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from user conduct, workouts, meetups, routes, third-party services, or events beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Ending your use
You may stop using Pacer(s) at any time and may request permanent account deletion at Profile → Delete Account. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, safety, disclaimers, and limitations of liability, will continue to apply.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms and will post the revised version with a new effective date. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms, subject to applicable law.
Questions about these Terms may be sent to pacer.mobile.support@gmail.com.
